1. General provisions
These terms define the rules for using the Atlan platform, including the website, client dashboard and desktop application. Using the services means accepting these terms.
The service operator is the entity running the atlanbot.com website (the Operator).
2. Definitions
- Service - features offered by Atlan, including access to the dashboard and application.
- User - a natural person or entity using the service.
- Account - an individual user profile in the service.
- Plan - a subscription variant defining feature scope and limits.
3. Account and security
- The user is responsible for correctness of data provided during registration.
- The user must protect login data and must not share the account with third parties.
- The Operator may temporarily limit account access in case of security or terms violations.
4. Service usage rules
- The user uses the service at their own responsibility and in compliance with applicable law.
- Using Atlan for illegal actions, abuse, attempts to bypass protections or violations of third-party rights is forbidden.
- In case of attempts to break protections, bypass protective mechanisms, reverse engineer or attack the service, the Operator may immediately revoke access.
- The user should follow the terms of external platforms integrated with Atlan.
5. Payments and subscriptions
- Access to selected features is paid according to current pricing.
- Subscription settlements may be processed by an external payment provider, for example Stripe.
- Changing plan may affect available features and device limits.
- If payment is missing, the Operator may limit or disable access to paid features.
- For security violations listed in section 4, access may be revoked without refund for the active billing period to the maximum extent allowed by law.
6. Liability
- The Operator uses due care to keep the service stable and secure.
- The Operator does not guarantee uninterrupted service availability and is not responsible for interruptions caused by independent factors.
- The Operator is not responsible for indirect damages, lost benefits or consequences of external platform terms violations by the user.
7. Intellectual property
Atlan software, name, logo, materials and website elements are protected by copyright and/or intellectual property rights. Copying, distributing or modifying these elements outside the allowed scope is forbidden without the Operator's consent.

9. Terms changes
- The Operator may update the terms, especially when service features or laws change.
- A new version is effective from publication date unless stated otherwise.
10. Effective date
These Atlan usage terms enter into force on March 19, 2026.
