Where can I report Atlan problems or suggestions?
We can help with that on our Discord.
How many accounts can I handle?
We do not limit account count. In practice, scale depends on your plan, device capacity and automation pace. Plus plans share an automation usage pool; Pro plans have fixed device capacity and unlimited automation usage.
Can I get banned while using Atlan?
No bot is perfect. We keep shipping security fixes and improving automation flow, but account blocks are still possible. Our tests show Atlan limits are about 200-400% higher than browser bots.
How do app updates work?
We regularly publish fixes and new features. After logging in, the dashboard shows available releases and update instructions. You can also download updates directly from the app.
Can I change plan during a month?
Yes, you can upgrade as your scale grows. Change your package from the account area or through support.
Can I pay for Atlan with crypto?
Yes, contact us on Discord and speak with the dev team. A fully automated crypto payment flow is planned for the future.
Can I use Atlan on two different computers with one account?
No. Each plan covers one computer. You can add a second computer for 50% of your current plan price. Every customer also gets free HWID resets, no more than once a week.
